Crucible’s goal for the 2023 season is to qualify for Regionals.
Crucible is an independent mixed team that welcomes all players that are interested in being part of a competitive and fun culture that strives to achieve our season’s goal.
Humility, Empathy, and Improving
Crucible players should be eager to improve individually and with the team to ultimately contribute to the season’s goal. We expect players to be motivated and humble - continuously self-reflecting - to grow as a player and to hone their role on the team. We encourage players to support one another, share knowledge and experience with each other, and celebrate each other’s successes. We encourage players to push one another - ask for and exchange feedback often and motivate each other to improve during and outside of practice.
Maintaining the Crucible Culture
Crucible’s foundation revolves around the inclusive and social identity that has been nurtured over the years. Crucible will continue to maintain the culture that has made the team successful. We want returning and new players who are excited to be part of our community and want to help shape the identity for the upcoming season.
Gender Equity
Crucible is a mixed team that welcomes players of all gender and identities. Crucible will continue to work on creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We commit to continue listening and making efforts to prioritize gender equity on and off the field.
