By the grace of Swami Ramakrishnananada Maharaj and my late father to whom this thesis is dedicated, my Ph.D. thesis is presented in book form now. This Ph.D. work on the subject of Cyberpolicing is in continuum in the backdrop of the earlier3 Ph.D. theses(2020, 2021, 2022) ) of the twelve or so Ph.D. students of PGF, the R&D Group of my Research Supervisor Prof.Kanagaluru Chandra Sekharaiah@JNTU Hyderabad. Although hundreds of PGF member students of B.Tech., M.Tech. and MCA too have contributed to the Cyberpolicing case study of the PGF by assiduous studies and by partnering for the publications directly and indirectly, this Ph.D. thesis of mine contains unique contents churned in the field experience in the realm of Cyberpolicing, by document processing carried out with various government organizations for real world study and by social media partnered with the government cyberpolicing officials.
It is well nigh impossible to present the PGF R&D work in toto to understand my R&D work better in continuum. Nevertheless, I am hopeful my R&D work presented in this thesis will win accolades enough for award. I have tried my best to present my R&D subject matter filling the R&D gaps in the Cyberpolicing case study of PGF owing to which I dwelt on the subject matter by diving deep. Realizing that the development of national virtues and national character by ICT means is not a wild goose chase as the PGF made consistent and insistent efforts facing the vicissitudes in its arduous journey of R&D projects execution, I have embarked on the conduct of a few slow and steady R&D pilot studies spanning nearly a decade perseveringly and the explorations and results of these are constituted in this thesis. Even as the PGF work marches on, I stand by the conclusions that the recurrence of online offline fake governments of the kind explored for resolution and defusion of the same is best possible by governmental prohibition orders for the defusion. In this regard, my R&D works serves as constituting guidelines for the same purpose for the government offices. Furthermore, the work presents insights for the development of a Cyberpolicing Case Study syllabus under Cybersecurity subject for the modern courses in ICT.
