The App provides 1000+ trending AI prompts optimized for various AI image generators including Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and DALL-E. You can browse trending prompt categories, copy prompts with one tap, and create images directly using our built-in AI image generator.

Photos You Upload: When using the built-in AI image generator feature, you may upload photos to create AI-generated images. These photos are processed solely to generate your requested AI images.

Saved Prompts and Favorites: Prompts you save or mark as favorites within the App.

Custom Prompt Inputs: Any text or modifications you create when using the smart prompt builder feature.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

Usage Data: App interactions, including features used, prompts copied, categories browsed, and timestamps of activities.

Device Information: Operating system type and version, device model, and unique device identifiers.

All processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you to provide the App.

5. Child Safety Standards

Age Restriction: The App is rated for Teen users and is intended only for individuals aged 13 and above.

In-App Reporting: Users can report child safety concerns directly through the App or by contacting our support team.

Compliance: We adhere to all applicable child safety laws and report child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) to authorities.

• Generated images: Stored temporarily during the generation process and automatically deleted after delivery to you

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) in transit and industry-recommended protections—to secure your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party AI Tools

The App provides prompts designed for use with third-party AI image generators including Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Bing Image Creator, Leonardo AI, and others. When you copy prompts and use them in external AI tools, those platforms' respective privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party AI services.

13. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will follow our incident response plan to promptly assess, contain, and remediate the breach. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version in the App. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app alert or email. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the App.
