If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is a comprehensive AI photo editor that allows you to instantly enhance images, remove backgrounds, swap out objects, and apply creative AI filters to generate social media content.

• Photos You Upload: When using the AI image generation features, you may upload photos. These photos are processed solely to generate your requested content. We do not collect or process any audio files.

• No Account Data: We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details like your name or email address to use the App.

• Usage Data: App interactions, including features used, and timestamps of activities.

• Device Information: Operating system type and version, device model, and unique device identifiers.

• Network Information: IP address and approximate location (city, region).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to:

• Operate and maintain core App functionality, including the AI Background Remover and AI Photo Enhancer.

• Provide our proprietary built-in AI generation service.

• Troubleshoot, test, and improve App performance and security.

All processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you to provide the App. Media processing is strictly ephemeral and happens in real time.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for third-party marketing. We may disclose information to:

• Service Providers: We use Google Play Billing to securely process premium subscriptions. We do not collect or store your financial information.

• Legal Authorities: Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

• We do not share your media with third-party AI service providers. We utilize our own proprietary API for all content generation.

5. Child Safety Standards

• Age Restriction: The App is designed for users of all ages and demographics.

• In-App Reporting: Users can report child safety concerns directly through the App or by contacting our support team.

We use cookies and similar local storage technologies solely to support App functionality and maintain user sessions. We may use analytics to understand how users interact with different features to improve the App experience.

Our App is built for all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from anyone. All photo inputs are processed in real time and are never stored. We have a strict zero storage policy for your media. Specifically:

• Generated media and uploaded photos: Not stored anywhere. Processed locally or sent to our proprietary API, processed ephemerally, and immediately deleted after delivery to you.

• Usage data and logs: Kept temporarily for analytics and improvement purposes.

10. Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) in transit and industry-recommended protections to secure your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal information

• Correct inaccuracies in your data

• Delete your information

• Restrict or object to processing

12. Third-Party AI Tools

Unlike other applications, our App operates using our own proprietary API for all AI photo editing, object removal, and background erasing. Your photos are strictly processed by our systems and are never sent to external third-party AI tools or generators to train outside models.

In the event of a data breach, we will follow our incident response plan to promptly assess, contain, and remediate the breach. We will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version in the App. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app alert or email. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the App.
