1. Introduction

PFP (“Profile Pic”) enables you to generate an anonymous rating link to share in your Instagram Stories. Recipients can submit ratings of your profile picture without revealing their identities. You may then share anonymized ratings back to your Stories as a custom-designed rating card.

• Username: Chosen at sign-up.

• Profile Picture: Uploaded solely for display and rating.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

• Usage Data: App interactions (features used, timestamps).

• Device Information: OS type and version, device model, unique device identifiers.

• Network Information: IP address and approximate location (city, region).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information to:

• Operate and maintain core App functionality (rating generation and display).

• Troubleshoot, test, and improve App performance and security.

• Personalize and manage your account.

All processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you to provide the App.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for third-party marketing. We may disclose information to:

• Service Providers: Vendors assisting with hosting, analytics, and technical operations under confidentiality agreements.

• Legal Authorities: Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

5. Child Safety Standards

• Age Restriction: The App is intended only for individuals aged 12 and above.

• In-App Reporting: Users can report child safety concerns directly from the App.

• Compliance: We adhere to all applicable child safety laws and report child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) to authorities.

6. Tracking Technologies

We do not employ third-party analytics or advertising networks. We use cookies and similar local storage solely to support App functionality and maintain user sessions.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under 12. If you become aware of such data, please contact us to request deletion via the App’s settings.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information is hosted on secure cloud servers located in India. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data on servers outside your country of residence. We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or until you delete your account via the App’s settings. Usage data and logs are kept for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

10. Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) in transit and industry-recommended at-rest protections—to secure your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Delete your information.

• Restrict or object to processing.
