Preview for Instagram is a mobile application that helps users plan and preview Instagram content.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Some features require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
Payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Payment is charged at the time of confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription or early cancellation.
Prices and available plans may change at any time.
All text, design, images, logos, and software within the App are owned or licensed by us and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including images, captions, and data.
You agree not to post or store content that:
Violates any law or third-party rights;
Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material;
Misuses or impersonates another person or brand.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App or inability to use it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
