Thank you for choosing Pfeilsticker Home Enterprises for your home improvement project.  Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to this business and great pride is taken in the craftsmanship and materials used to bring your project from a stack of boards into something you will be pleased with for years to come.

The warranty described below is designed to make sure both the customer and service provider are both on the same page and feel comfortable with expectations of both parties.  Wood is a natural product with grains of different consistencies, imperfections both natural and manmade, and varying degrees of moisture content.  As wood dries, its mass shrinks; boards may split, bow, bend or twist or nail heads may become exposed.  All measures are taken in an attempt to limit these occurrences.

-In the event of a warranty issue occurring due to the nature of wood, all labor and hardware needed to repair sed issue will be the responsibility of the contractor, while all lumber needed for the repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

-With the exception of repairs requiring special-order materials, all repairs will be made within 14 days of notification of the issue.

-All repairs and modifications shall be done by a representative of Pfeilsticker Home Enterprises.  Modifications or repairs completed by the homeowner or 3rd party will result in nullification of any and all, expressed or implied warranty services.
