Launching of eLOGBOOK to CIP2 and YTMIR Locators

Under the leadership of Zone Manager Jane Sanchez, PEZA CIP2 and YTMIR launched the e-Logbook to enhance the ease of doing business in the zone. It was conducted at the Covered Gym in YTMIR-SEZ, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna.

PEZA Electronic Payment and Collection System (PEPCS) Orientation

Pursuant to the Memorandum dated June 20, 2023, on Mandatory Implementation of PEZA Electronic Payment and Collection System (PEPCS) in Head Office and SEZs, BCEZ, CEZ, and MEZ, MYEG PH conducted an orientation of the PEPCS to CIP2 and YTMIR locators, as well as locators from LIIP-SEZ, GAP-SEZ, TSR-SEZ, CIP1-SEZ,CIBP-SEZ, and NYK at the Covered Gym in YTMIR-SEZ, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna.

Re-orientation on PEZA Implementing Rules and Regulations, Processes, and Procedures

Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Zone Offices in Carmelray Industrial Park-II (CIP2) and Yazaki-Torres Manufacturing Inc. Realty (YTMIR) provided an orientation on PEZA rules and regulations, processes, and procedures to its PEZA Registered Business Enterprises (RBEs) at the training area of Panasonic Industrial Devices Philippines Corporation (PIDPH) in CIP2-SEZ. The zone offices invited resource speakers from the Office of the Building Official (OBO) of Batangas, Incentives Management Division (IMD), and Environmental and Safety Division (ESD).

Familiarization Tours
From September 12, 2023 to December 06, 2023
Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Carmelray Industrial Park-II Special Economic Zone (CIP2-SEZ), under the leadership of Zone Manager Jane Sanchez, conducted familiarization tours on each of the 62 operating locator's facilities. This activity aims to familiarize the PEZA Zone Office personnel with the process from receiving of raw materials up to the delivery of finished goods. In addition, the PEZA Zone Manager and personnel checked if the operations of the company are within its registered activities and if they are compliant with the requirement of other PEZA departments and government agencies. These tours gave our locators the chance to inquire on matters pertinent to their PEZA registration.
