bio

I am a learning evangelist focused on creating deliberate turbulence in the world of education.

Husband to Dr. Sarah L. Tanner-Anderson and father to William Reese Anderson. They continually show me the definition of love, learning, and being a better person. All that I am and do is for them.

My experiences range from working in manufacturing, blacksmith, below average musician, middle school teacher, former executive board member of an international non-profit organization, instructional coach, project based learning specialist, scrum coach, agilist, and playing the role of the change agent for all leaders and learners who believe in growth and achievement.

I am the Professional Learning Specialist for Chesterfield Public Schools where I serve and support all teachers, leaders, and support staff through the creation and facilitation of professional learning experiences on just abut anything they need to grow and be awesome for the kids.

My Credo:

  • Being bold is not bad.
  • Listen with the intent to be influenced.
  • Struggle, don't drown. Ask for help when you need it.

My Professional Credo:
