Car Scripts and Timelines are the complete track for their designated train car. Character Scripts and Timelines are the complete track for their designated “Traveling Character” (Hobos, Conductors, Santas, Travel Elves, Hero Children).

 Timelines describe the scene order of each car. Timelines and Scripts are provided for the Traveling Characters, which compile the complete "path" they take from car to car. 

These character-specific Scripts and Timelines do not apply to Baileys, Stewards, or KIAs because Baileys, Stewards, and KIAs are assigned to a single car for the whole show. In which case, the Car 1 Script & Timeline is everything you need as a "Car 1 Bailey/Steward/KIA".
