Greetings and welcome to the P.E. Department site for Riverview Elementary, my name is Jamie Ullman the P.E. teacher. Hard to believe that his is the start of my 22nd year teaching in the Manitowoc Public School District. I was born and raised nearby in Mishicot. I attended UW-Oshkosh where I earned my BA in Physical Education, Health Education and Coaching Athletics preK-12. Next, I earned my MA from Lesley University (Boston) in Technology in Education. Furthermore, I am the MPSD's Elementary Athletic Coordinator for the afterschool sport program along with coaching a few of program's sports at Riverview. Also, I coach boys' and girls' basketball at Wilson Middle School.

In my spare time I enjoying seek adventure traveling on roadtrips to various instate and out of state places. In the past 7 years I have roadtripped to Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana. Most recent my spring break included a roadtrip to Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. In addition, I have done a few flying trips to the states of Oregon, Washington, Maine, Massachusetts and Florida.

Some of my other interestes include cooking, hiking, biking, working out and I love movies! I am a sporty guy that appreciates a pair of Nike sneakers (and apparel) along with supporting our state professional teams - Brewers, Packers and Bucks! However; they all are a distant second to my favorite teams the Badger football and basketball teams! #wiscONsin

I am looking forward to faciliating the personal growth for each student that passes through at Riverview this year.
