1. Quali dati tratta l'app e dove risiedono

Tutte le informazioni che crei nell'app — ad esempio armi, ricariche, misurazioni al cronografo, sessioni DOPE, azzeramenti, range card, bersagli, manutenzioni, check list, documenti, link esterni e scorte — sono salvate esclusivamente in un database locale (SQLite) e in cartelle interne riservate all'app, sulla memoria del tuo dispositivo. Questi dati non vengono inviati ad alcun server e non sono accessibili al titolare.

2. Foto, file e allegati

Puoi aggiungere foto (dalla galleria o scattate con la fotocamera del dispositivo) e allegare file ai tuoi archivi. Le immagini e i file selezionati vengono copiati e conservati solo nell'area privata dell'app, sul dispositivo. Non vengono caricati altrove.

3. Backup e ripristino

L'app consente di creare un file di backup (un archivio compresso contenente il database, le foto e gli allegati) e di ripristinarlo. Il backup è un'operazione avviata da te: il file viene generato in locale e sei tu a decidere se e dove condividerlo o conservarlo (ad esempio su un altro dispositivo o su un servizio cloud a tua scelta) tramite le funzioni di condivisione del sistema operativo. L'app non invia automaticamente alcun backup a server del titolare o di terzi.

4. Permessi utilizzati e loro finalità

L'app richiede solo i permessi necessari alle funzioni che usi: 

- Accesso a foto/contenuti multimediali e a file selezionati da te: serve unicamente per aggiungere immagini e allegati ai tuoi archivi e per aprirli. L'app accede solo ai contenuti che scegli tu.

- Apertura di applicazioni e link esterni (sezione "Strumenti"): l'app può aprire un sito web nel browser o avviare un'altra applicazione che hai configurato tu. Per farlo utilizza la sola visibilità minima necessaria ad avviare l'app da te indicata; NON legge, non raccoglie e non trasmette l'elenco delle applicazioni installate sul tuo dispositivo. Quando apri un sito o un'app esterna, esci da Pew Pew Mate: il browser o l'applicazione di destinazione sono soggetti alle proprie informative sulla privacy, indipendenti da questa.

5. Assenza di raccolta dati, pubblicità e tracciamento

L'app non raccoglie dati personali, non profila gli utenti, non mostra pubblicità, non utilizza cookie, non impiega SDK di analisi o pubblicitari e non condivide dati con terze parti. Non è previsto alcun trasferimento di dati verso l'esterno effettuato dall'app.

6. Minori

L'app è destinata a un pubblico adulto (18 anni e oltre) e non è rivolta ai minori. Non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori; del resto non raccoglie dati di alcun utente.

7. Sicurezza

Poiché i dati restano sul dispositivo, la loro protezione dipende principalmente dalle misure di sicurezza del dispositivo stesso (blocco schermo, crittografia del sistema, aggiornamenti). Ti consigliamo di custodire con cura i tuoi backup, in quanto contengono i dati dell'app.

8. Conservazione e cancellazione

I dati restano sul dispositivo finché non li elimini dall'app o non disinstalli l'applicazione. La disinstallazione rimuove i dati locali dell'app; i backup che hai esportato e conservato altrove restano sotto il tuo controllo.

9. Modifiche a questa informativa

Questa informativa può essere aggiornata in caso di modifiche alle funzioni dell'app. La versione aggiornata sarà pubblicata a questo stesso indirizzo, con la relativa data di "Ultimo aggiornamento".

Summary

Pew Pew Mate is a personal application for sport shooting and ammunition reloading. All the data you enter stays on your device. The app does not collect, transmit or share your data with the developer or any third party, uses no servers, contains no advertising, requires no account, and includes no analytics or tracking tools.

1. What data the app processes and where it is stored

All the information you create in the app — for example firearms, reloads, chronograph measurements, DOPE sessions, zeroing records, range cards, targets, maintenance records, check lists, documents, external links and inventory — is stored exclusively in a local database (SQLite) and in internal folders private to the app, on your device's storage. This data is not sent to any server and is not accessible to the developer.

2. Photos, files and attachments

You can add photos (from the gallery or taken with the device camera) and attach files to your records. The images and files you select are copied and kept only within the app's private area, on the device. They are not uploaded anywhere.

3. Backup and restore

The app lets you create a backup file (a compressed archive containing the database, photos and attachments) and restore it. The backup is an action you initiate: the file is generated locally, and it is up to you whether and where to share or keep it (for example on another device or a cloud service of your choice) using your operating system's sharing features. The app does not automatically send any backup to the developer's servers or to third parties.

4. Permissions used and their purpose

The app requests only the permissions needed for the features you use: 

- Access to photos/media and to files you select: used solely to add images and attachments to your records and to open them. The app accesses only the content you choose.

- Opening external apps and links ("Tools" section): the app can open a website in your browser or launch another application that you have configured. To do so it uses only the minimum visibility required to launch the app you specified; it does NOT read, collect or transmit the list of applications installed on your device. When you open a website or an external app, you leave Pew Pew Mate: the destination browser or application is governed by its own privacy policy, independent of this one.

5. No data collection, advertising or tracking

The app does not collect personal data, does not profile users, shows no advertising, uses no cookies, employs no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not share data with third parties. The app performs no transfer of data to the outside.

6. Children

The app is intended for an adult audience (18 and over) and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect data from children; indeed, it does not collect data from any user.

7. Security

Because the data stays on your device, its protection depends mainly on the security measures of the device itself (screen lock, system encryption, updates). We recommend that you keep your backups safe, as they contain the app's data.

8. Retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the application. Uninstalling removes the app's local data; any backups you have exported and kept elsewhere remain under your control. 

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features change. The updated version will be published at this same address, together with the relevant "Last updated" date.
