Last Minute Booking Changes
Moving forward if changes are made to your requested booking, the booking fee will remain based on the originally agreed upon dates as that was nonrefundable to reserve them. Additional as this create the same kind of last minute scheduling inconvenience and potential loss of additional bookings there will will be a Last Minute Change Request Fee for any changes made less than a week prior to your start date, of $25. This is in effect immediately, if you have already booked with me and made changes prior to this post then this does not apply to your current invoice, only to future bookings. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

I can not stress enough how important it is that you look over the availability calendar before booking and even more so how integral the Meet N Greets are. They give both you and I a chance to not only get to know each other but also to ask questions and make sure we are all on the same. Please do not pay in full for a booking after a Meet N Greet if you are not 100% certain you want to move forward with a booking. It is disrespectful to my time for me to prepare for a booking, pack etc. and then have to undo all of that and potentially have to drive back out to return keys and refund money. Not to mention how incredibly draining it is not only my time but emotionally as well. I put everything I have into this service, my goal is provide the best care I can to your babies and treat them with the love I do my very own. Please ask questions and please please do not pay me unless you intend to book.

Good afternoon all,
I just wanted to take a moment to make a little announcement of sorts.
While in general I have wonderful customer interactions and everyone is kind and communicative, I do have the occasional incommunicative individual. I realize this is simply a part of customer service and it will just happen sometimes.
I understand completely that not every person who reaches out to me for a quote or with questions will necessarily move forward with booking and I am always happy to be considered in anyone's process of booking care for their babies.
That being said ( especially if you are requesting dates for several weeks), since I am a one person run service, I kindly ask that if you make a quote request and elect not to book please be communicative with me. It will not at all upset me or hurt my feelings if you choose not to book, but it is very helpful that I simply know that or am informed that you perhaps changed your mind/no longer need to book.
I do my very best to reply to each email text etc in 24-48 hour time frame , as I understand your time is important and I wish to be respectful of that. I simply ask that you are respectful of my time as well.
As a small service extended bookings do not come around all the time and as such they make a big impact on me, and how I plan not only for other bookings for expenses as well. Please be considerate and thoughtful. I can not tell you how truly exhausting and disappointing it is to plan for any booking and suddenly get no response despite using multiple contact methods.
I appreciate all my clients and love your babies like my own, and I am so thankful to those of you who are respectful of me and my time as I strive to provide the best services I can.
As such moving forward if you are requesting an extended booking (2 weeks or more), you will have one week to respond with your decision unless otherwise discussed.

3/31/22: Please note I am testing out a Booking Turnover between overnight bookings. This means there will be 3 days between overnight bookings to allow me time to prepare and transition from client to the next and ensure a high standard of service. This is clearly marked on the availability calendar below.
For those who may require it , I have posted a couple screenshots from a previous platform showing a third party background check was completed on me, and what that includes. I no longer use this platform(visible) in the screenshot as I did not get reliable traffic through them.
Due cost of vehicle maintenance and rising gas prices there has been an increase in $5 for all services and fees across the board effective for current clients and bookings starting Monday March 14th 2022. All new bookings are subject to the new prices effective immediately.
