Pets360 “the App” is a pet-health and pet-care management application designed to help users manage their pets’ medical records, reports, reminders, expenditures, and educational content.

add reminders for upcoming events (pet related)

Any files the user chooses to upload from the gallery/device

Purpose:

To provide pet record management, reminders, report viewing, and health tracking.

AI Assistant Queries (Pet-Related Only)

We temporarily process:

Questions asked to the AI assistant

Responses generated

Not used for: ad targeting, profiling, or marketing.

Advertising Data (AdMob / third-party ad partners)

Pets360 includes advertisements, including:

Banner ads

Rewarded ads

Ad services may collect (automatically):

Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

Approximate location (coarse, non-GPS, based on network)

 Interaction with ads (views, clicks, impressions)

Crash logs related to ads

Pets360 is not designed for children under 13 without parental supervision.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Pets360 does not collect any personal information from these external websites

Admin-Provided Content & Communications

Pets360 may deliver content and data from the administrative side of the app to users, including educational pet-care information, health awareness content, announcements, tips, and admin-uploaded documents. This content is provided solely to support app functionality and user experience. Admin communications do not include or expose personal user data, pet records, or uploaded medical reports to other users and are not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of major changes within the app.
