Hello and welcome to Petrella's Pastries!

As many of you know, I am Alyson Petrella a full-time teacher and at home baker located in Hopewell Junction, NY. I love to bake, but the struggle is real when it comes to not eating all of those left over bake goods staring me in the face all summer long. I figured what better way to still enjoy baking, but not feel the pressure to eat it all than to start selling these tasty confections.

Since this is a part-time endeavor, my goal is to bake for parties/events rather than provide daily treats to my customers. With that in mind, most orders have a minimum of a dozen of the same item as I am baking specifically for you! This means you are getting the freshest items possible. It also means that I need 48 hours advance notice for orders.
