Pet Partners Info on Spay/Neuter Assistance

Residents in Unincorporated County Areas: Call POPCO (Pet OverPopulation Coalition) at 888-767-2550 to see if you qualify for a voucher.

Residents in City Limits: You aren’t eligible for POPCO, so call one of the following veterinarians for an appointment. Be sure to tell them you will be receiving assistance from Pet Partners. Once you have your appointment, call our representative at 760-961-1011 Monday through Friday between 10AM and 4PM. Leave a message with your name, phone number, the month and day of your vet appointment, and the name of the veterinary facility. Our representative will return your call, usually within a few days. Please do not keep calling. We will get back to you before your appointment date.
