Fetch is built to keep your pet's health information private. This policy explains, plainly, what we do (and don't do) with your data.
Fetch does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, health data, or usage data on any server. There is no account, login, or sign-up required to use the app.
Everything you enter into Fetch — pet profiles, test results, medications, vet visits, attachments, and photos — is stored only on your own device, using Apple's on-device storage. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party.
If you import a PDF or photo of a lab report, Fetch reads it using Apple's on-device text recognition. That processing happens entirely on your device; the document and its contents are never sent anywhere.
Fetch does not display ads, does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Since Fetch doesn't collect any data, there is nothing to share with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Because all data stays on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app or removing individual entries within it.
Fetch does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy ever changes, an updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
