Peter Simasek

I am a PhD Candidate in Finance at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. My research is focused on the impacts of pensions on corporate policies, fixed income markets, and the cross-section of equity returns. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce concentrating in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining the PhD program at Georgia Tech I worked in the asset management industry for PIMCO and in fixed income capital markets for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
