An unofficial browser extension for preparing user-selected YouTube, X, Reddit and Facebook material for a Peter Joseph-informed Custom GPT reply workflow.
This is an independent, unofficial project. It is not produced, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Peter Joseph.
Capture context. Build a complete reply package.
Peter Joseph Reply Helper brings together the material needed for a manually controlled reply-drafting workflow:
visible source-post text and relevant metadata;
available captions or complete transcripts;
fast local transcript fallback from directly available video media on compatible Chrome devices;
a specific reply target and surrounding thread context;
image-placement notes for material attached separately;
the project-authored Peter Joseph-informed master prompt; and
follow-up instructions for summaries, claim-by-claim replies, factual, technical, Integral, satirical and more forceful rewrites.
When a complete English caption is unavailable, the extension can locally translate a complete non-English caption or, on compatible desktop Chrome installations, process the selected video's directly available media/audio with Chrome's built-in on-device AI. Direct-media audio is processed in 20-second core windows with 2-second overlap. The extension does not wait for the page video to play from start to finish and does not use browser speech recognition.
The extension does not automatically post replies or submit material to ChatGPT. It has no developer-controlled server, analytics or advertising. Settings and drafts remain in local Chrome storage, and temporary media/audio is not intentionally retained.
Users decide which page to capture, what to edit, what images to attach and what to copy or manually submit elsewhere.
Privacy and Limited Use
The extension handles information only for its disclosed single purpose: preparing user-selected social-media context and transcript material for a manually controlled reply-drafting workflow. It does not sell user data, use it for advertising or profiling, or allow the developer to read it.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
