I am Peter Adamo, one of the most exciting and talented chefs in New Jersey. I have my own catering business, Molto Bene Ristorante & Cicchetti Bar, as well as Molto Bene Group which includes Molto Bene Hotel & Restaurant, Molto Bene Caffé e Mercato, and Molto Bene Online.

I graduated from Brookdale Community College in 2002 with a degree in Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS. I am a classically trained chef who has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens and chefs in New Jersey, including Terra Momo Restaurant Group and Nassau Inn.
