Location data — your service address, used to match you with nearby providers via Google Maps.

Pet information — any pet details you choose to add to your profile.
Subscription data — your subscription status and billing dates.
Payment data — card details are collected and processed by Yoco, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your card number.

Firebase (Google) — for authentication, database storage, and cloud functions

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase authentication and encrypted data storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
