Risha Apps built the Petal Kingdom app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Risha Apps and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
1. Game Data and Progress
The majority of your game data (including your progress, unlocked characters, currency, and settings) is stored locally on your device using "Local Storage". This data remains on your device and is not automatically uploaded to any server unless you participate in online features.
2. Leaderboards and Social Features
To provide Global Leaderboard and Guild features, the app transmits specific game data to our backend services (hosted via Google Apps Script). The data transmitted includes:
Nickname: A user-generated name used to identify you on the leaderboard.
Game Statistics: Scores, days ruled, and guild affiliations.
Advisory on Nicknames: Since this app is designed for users of all ages, including children, we strongly advise against using your real name or any personally identifiable information (PII) as your in-game Nickname. Please use a pseudonym or a fantasy name.
Family Policy and Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Service is designed for "All Ages".
No Account Required: We do not require users to create an account, provide an email address, or phone number to play the game.
Data Minimization: We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to support the internal operations of the game (saving progress and displaying high scores).
No Ads: As a paid application, this app does not contain third-party advertisements or behavioral tracking.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personally identifiable information (such as their real full name in the Nickname field) and you wish to have it removed, please contact us at apps.risha@gmail.com so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through third party products like Google Play Services) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We employ the following third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service:
Google Play Services (for license verification and application distribution)
Google Apps Script (for managing Leaderboards and Guild data)
