1. Data Processing and Image Transformation Our application provides an AI-powered virtual "Try-On" experience for pets. To deliver these features, we process images uploaded by the user.
Purpose of Processing: We process the photos of your pets and the product images you provide solely to perform AI-driven image transformations, allowing you to visualize how pet clothing and accessories look on your animal.
Pet and Human Data: While our core focus is on pets, uploaded images may occasionally contain human features (e.g., a person holding a pet). Any facial or body data present in these images is processed with the same high level of security and exclusively for the transformation process.
Third-Party Processing (Fal.ai): We utilize Fal.ai as our primary AI infrastructure provider. Your uploaded images are securely transmitted to Fal.ai’s servers to generate the "Try-On" result.
Temporary Retention: Fal.ai temporarily stores the uploaded images and generated results for a period of 7 daysto ensure technical stability and service reliability. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from their servers.
2. Storage and Data Retention We prioritize the privacy of your media and do not store raw biometric or identifying data for marketing purposes.
Final Results: We store the final generated images in our secure cloud infrastructure so that you can access your "Try-On" history within the Gallery tab of the app.
Account-Based Retention: These generated images are retained only as long as your account remains active. We do not store raw facial/body mapping files or original source photos after the generation process is complete.
Data Protection: Your data is never sold, rented, or used for targeted advertising or user profiling.
3. User Rights and Data Control You maintain full ownership and control over your content:
Access & Export: You can view all your generated images in the app Gallery at any time.
Right to Erasure: You may request the immediate deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at ovurhelp@gmail.com.
4. Third-Party Services To provide a seamless experience, we use trusted third-party providers for:
AI Generation: Fal.ai (Data deleted after 7 days).
Infrastructure & Storage: Industry-standard cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase).
Authentication & Payments: Secure services that comply with global privacy standards (e.g., Apple In-App Purchases).
