This Privacy Policy explains how Pet Care Log handles information when you use the application.
1. Information You Enter
Pet Care Log allows you to enter and manage information including pet names, pet types, sex, birthdays, weight, notes, care plans, and care records.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, upload, or remotely store the content you enter in the app.
2. Information We Collect
Pet Care Log does not require an account and does not collect personal information, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising data, or analytics data.
The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud storage SDKs.
3. Network Access
The app uses internet access only to display this Privacy Policy in an in-app web page. When the page is loaded, the website hosting provider may receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser or WebView information, and access time according to the provider's own privacy practices.
4. Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share the information you enter in Pet Care Log with third parties because that information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
5. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Your pet profiles, plans, and care records remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete individual entries in the app, clear all app data from the app settings, or remove the data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings.
The app disables Android cloud backup for its local data.
6. Data Security
Pet Care Log limits its handling of your entries to local app storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Pet Care Log is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Veterinary and Medical Disclaimer
Pet Care Log is intended only for organizing routine pet care information. It does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian regarding any pet health concern.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
