Aplikasi Pestapboots LIVE ("Aplikasi") dioperasikan oleh toko online Pestapboots ("Toko") untuk pelanggannya. Toko adalah pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas data Anda. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami proses dan bagaimana kami menggunakannya.
DATA YANG KAMI KUMPULKAN
Nomor WhatsApp Anda — dimasukkan saat login. Digunakan untuk (1) mengirim kode OTP melalui WhatsApp dan (2) menampilkan kupon undian milik Anda. Nomor dikirim terenkripsi (HTTPS) ke server Toko dan tidak disimpan di perangkat Anda — setiap kali membuka Aplikasi, Anda login ulang.
Token notifikasi perangkat — dibuat oleh layanan Google Firebase Cloud Messaging agar Aplikasi dapat menerima notifikasi (misalnya saat siaran langsung dimulai atau kupon Anda menang). Persetujuan notifikasi disimpan secara lokal di perangkat Anda.
Aplikasi tidak mengumpulkan lokasi, kontak, foto, atau data pribadi lain, tidak menampilkan iklan, dan tidak menjual atau membagikan data Anda kepada pihak ketiga di luar pemroses berikut: server Toko (untuk OTP dan data kupon) dan Google Firebase (untuk notifikasi dan konfigurasi aplikasi).
PENYIMPANAN DAN PENGHAPUSAN DATA
Data pelanggan (nomor terdaftar dan kupon) dikelola oleh Toko. Untuk meminta penghapusan data Anda, hubungi layanan pelanggan Toko melalui WhatsApp: 08119272668 (format internasional: +62 811 9272 668).
ANAK-ANAK
Aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak. Layanan ini diperuntukkan bagi pelanggan Toko yang telah terdaftar.

PRIVACY POLICY — PESTAPBOOTS LIVE (ENGLISH)
Effective date: 25 August 2026
The Pestapboots LIVE app ("App") is operated by the Pestapboots online store ("Store") for its customers. The Store is the party responsible for your data. This policy explains what data we process and how it is used.
DATA WE COLLECT
Your WhatsApp phone number — entered at login. Used to (1) send a one-time password (OTP) via WhatsApp and (2) display your raffle coupons. The number is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to the Store's server and is not stored on your device — you log in again on each app launch.
Device notification token — created by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so the App can receive notifications (e.g. when a livestream starts or your coupon wins). Your notification consent choice is stored locally on your device.
The App does not collect location, contacts, photos or other personal data, shows no ads, and does not sell or share your data with third parties other than these processors: the Store's server (OTP and coupon data) and Google Firebase (notifications and app configuration).
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Customer data (registered numbers and coupons) is managed by the Store. To request deletion of your data, contact the Store's customer service on WhatsApp: +62 811 9272 668 (local format: 08119272668).
CHILDREN
The App is not directed at children. It is intended for registered Store customers.
