Polar Bear Plunge Schedule:

Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. Free to plungers with minimum $50.00 in pledges. Cash accepted without a pledge form for last-minute plungers. Cost of breakfast is $15.00 who are not taking part in the plunge.

Safety briefing starts at 9:45 a.m. in the Legion Hall. Please see page on the right for details on safety

       The Plunge welcome is at 10:00 a.m. and begins at 10:10 a.m. with groups announced by an emcee. Plungers will be exiting the building from the South door of the Tay River Lounge onto the river-bank. Size of groups will be determined by safety officials.  

Awards/certificates will be handed out at approximately 11   a.m. in the Legion Hall
