I felt that Swathi established a positive and safe atmosphere where members were able to get vulnerable and open up about their views on mindfulness. She explained it well and helped everyone understand the importance of it in our everyday lives. Swathi created her own guided meditation that helped us all experience mindfulness first hand and all together. I felt so relaxed and inspired to practice mindfulness on a daily basis! Swathi even uploaded her guided meditation on Google Classrooms so that we can all enjoy it anytime we want! :)
