Notes: 'Amnesia' is efficient and closed off. It's as if she refuses to get close to those around her, treating them only as colleagues and nothing more. Despite living at Site-66, she refuses to call it a home. In order to better understand this, as well as her memory loss that has recently been overcome, a psychological evaluation has been ordered.

Addendum - 6/20/2024: Maya requested to be given Class-A amnestics after an incident in the Forgotten Realm with Evada. She seemed very mentally distressed by said incident and refused to share any details. The request was granted and the amnestics delivered by XI-8 Operative 'Nova'. Addendum - 8/8/2024: Maya was absent from Site-66 between 7/29/2024 and today, 8/8/2024. She visited Site-25 to assist in containment efforts due to a recent mass breach.
