James Edward Mc'Cannon was born in Fairbanks Alaska to Albert and Sherly Mc'Cannon on September 11th, 2001 (3:08AM) within Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. During is infancy and into childhood he was raised in a military household after his father had joined the United States Army after the September 11th attacks that took place in 2001, where he served as a career helicopter maintenance specialist at Fort Wainwright, Alaska before being killed after a helicopter test flight crash in 2004. James Mc'Cannon's teen years were troubled, with him constantly getting into fights and having common encounters with Fairbanks Police Department due to various misdemeanors and felonies. James served 1.3 years in a juvenile detention facility in Fairbanks after receiving a first time offense determinate judgement for first degree grand theft auto after stealing a Dodge Ram valued at more than $25,000 USD.Â
As James entered his early twenties, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he was greatly disciplined and trained in basic combat in accordance with USMC standards. He served in the USMC in the capacity of an Infantrymen where he was deployed to Afghanistan in the ladder years of the war to provide garrison defense and security operations in Kabul. After the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, he was given 2 weeks reprieve in Alaska before being redeployed to Iraq to be apart of classified USMC operations in the area until he was court marshaled in 2024 for "Insubordination", and the only reason being given by plantiff is " for national security reasons we cannot disclose our reasoning any further. " Due to the corrupt nature of many aspects within the US military's justice system, he was found guilty and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge with no compensation and 1 year in a federal detention facility with parole available after 6 months of good behavior. Around 6 months after his release his Mother had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer where she passed away in 2025 due to complications related to the cancer.

After James Mc'Cannon's release in 2025, his record had been identified by Foundation analysts on January 1st, 2026 where they had dispersed a compiled biography of him on a Foundation recruitment database where he was selected by the Site - 66 Human Resources Division. After being selected by Site - 66 HR, he was offered a position at Site - 66 where he would be trained and serve under Detatchment - 73 located on site. Strict security measures being in place so as to avoid breaching the veil, he was "Kidnapped" and brought to Site - 66 by Foundation field agents where he was trained into Epsilon - 11 under Captain [REDACTED] on June 25th, 2026.
