I'm assistant professor since 1st September 2019 in the Functional Materials and Surfaces team of the UTINAM Institute (UMR CNRS 6213, Besançon) at the University Marie et Louis Pasteur (UMLP). I obtained a PhD on December 5th, 2014, studying the development of conductive multilayer films obtained by self-assembly of polymers and particles. I'm currently working on the functionalization of surfaces and the development of hybrid systems mixing inorganic or metallic particles and polymers to obtain structured systems by self-assembly.
This involves :
studying adsorption phenomenon of polyelectrolytes and particles on different surfaces;
investigating the physical chemistry of surfaces, interfaces and thin films;
developing hydrogels;
and using characterization techniques (rheology, optical reflectometry, conductivity measurement, SEM,...) to study hybrids materials. .
Current applications of my research are hydrogels and surfaces functionalization for flexible strain sensors, controlled released hydrogel for environnement applications and hybrids materials with photocatalityc properties for wastewater remediation
