Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
This project is about:
Exploring more about how we can work towards development and maintenance of a healthy mindset and to encourage mental wellness advocates in our communities.
Being able to put yourself in someone else’s vantage point is an essential element of understanding how to develop good mental health.
Find your inspiration. You can do that by asking yourself these questions:
Observe people, your surroundings and the way they behave. Try and look at it from different vantage point.
What challenges do your think people have in their life when it is about maintaining their mental health?
Which issue do you think needs addressing?
How can you contribute/make an impact for betterment?
