Welcome to the Personality Dynamics Lab (PDL) at the University of Missouri-Columbia. This lab is under the direction of Dr. Laura King, Ph.D. We are affiliated with the Department of Psychological Sciences. Our research focuses on meaning in life and well-being and how they are related to a variety of topics such as complex emotions (e.g., hope and awe), racism and prejudice, gender identity, childhood trauma, prosocial behavior, personality differences, and more. Our lab is located in McReynolds Hall Room 485.
