• The Personal Health Notes app respects user privacy and has been designed not to collect, process or share personal data.

• The app does not require the creation of a user account or the provision of any personally identifiable information. All information entered by the user, including health measurement data, is stored exclusively locally on the device on which the application is installed. This data is not sent to any external servers, synchronised with the cloud or shared with third parties.

• The application does not use analytics, advertising or external tracking systems. No mechanisms are used to monitor user activity, profile users or collect statistics on the use of the application.

• Data stored locally on the device remains under the full control of the user and can be deleted at any time by deleting the application data or uninstalling the application.
