Sam A. Maida Jr. is the owner and managing attorney of The Maida Law Firm and has been practicing law in Texas since 1993. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989 and subsequently received his law degree from the nationally recognized and leading law school in Trial Advocacy South Texas College of Law Houston with a Juris Doctorate in 1993.

Maggie Solomon

Ms. Margaret “Maggie” Solomon joined the firm in 2015. She began her career as an underwriter for a small insurance company based out of Dallas Texas. She started her legal career working at a small Houston firm where she was responsible for case maintenance and management of complex multiparty suits involving issues of Bank Fraud and Civil RICO.

Gabriel De Vega

Gabriel de Vega is a part of the Maida Law Firm’s litigation department and has been practicing Personal Injury Law since 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Houston in 2006 and subsequently graduated from the University of Houston Law Center with a Juris Doctorate in 2009.
