Best way to make money online
The idea behind the Law of Attraction is that our experiences are created by our thoughts and feelings, and that what we focus our attention on will be brought into our lives. The law of attraction has a long history as a philosophical theory. Its popularity has risen in recent years as a result of books like "The Secret" and media coverage by Oprah and others.
There are various theories about how the law of attraction works, as well as some significant caveats. If you're curious, here's a brief history of the belief, how it's said to work, and some stress-relieving exercises you can try (and maybe even manifest the things you want in life).
The theory that the energy of our thoughts (whether positive or negative) attracts similar experiences into our lives (or manifests them) The concept is best summarised as "Like attracts like."
The Law of Attraction, made famous by the book The Secret, explains the otherwise mysterious energetic forces involved in the manifestation process. Simply put, the Law of Attraction states that energy of the same frequency attracts energy of the same frequency. "Like attracts like," or "birds of a feather flock together," is the general rule.
Everything in the universe, including the subatomic particles that make up our being, is in a constant state of vibration. Subatomic particles vibrate at high speeds when you are in an elevated emotional state such as happiness, joy, love, or freedom. That is where the term "high vibe" originates. When you're experiencing a low-vibration emotion like sadness, anger, resentment, or guilt, your energetic makeup vibrates much slower.
As energetic beings, we subconsciously broadcast our vibration throughout the day. Consider this: when your boss enters a room after an argument with her husband, you can feel her agitated, frustrated energy before she sits down.
Other people, animals, and even the Universe can sense our vibration. It can also be measured and mapped. Dr. Joe Dispenza conducts workshops all over the world to measure the energy field surrounding humans and teaches people how to control it for their own health, wealth, and happiness.
Have you ever wondered how the Law of Attraction works in practice? Is it possible to use the Law of Attraction to attract money? You certainly can.
The Law of Attraction can be used to attract anything, including money. However, you may find it easier to begin by attracting the actual thing you want rather than the money. This is usually due to the fact that most people have many mental blocks and limiting beliefs about money and wealth. So, if you can work around the obstacles, you'll find that you can attract what you want without having to spend money.
Remember that money is simply a medium of exchange—a tool or resource that we use to purchase the things and experiences we require and desire. We frequently believe that we want money in and of itself. Actually, what we really want is the ability to do things with money. For example, you may believe that you want to attract money in order to pay off your credit card bills (I've been there!). What you really want is a sense of abundance, security, or freedom. You'd be happy if you had credit card debt and enough money to pay your bills, right? When there isn't enough money, you believe you need to attract more.
This is due to your focus on a lack of money rather than the rich abundance in your life.
The solution isn't always to attract or manifest more money. Instead, you must develop a healthy relationship with money. Your debt is a gift that can teach you how to have a healthier relationship with money. But for now, let's look at how the Law of Attraction works and how you can use it in your own life.
According to the first law of attraction, like attracts like. So, if you want money to buy something, instead of thinking about money, just go to where you want to go. Assume you want to buy a house. Instead of concentrating on $50,000 as a down payment, concentrate on the house you want. What is its location? How does it appear? Be very specific about your ideal home, right down to whether or not it has a fireplace. Include the amount you could easily afford to pay for this house in your ideal home description as well. And if you're not sure what's simple, aim for a total house payment (including mortgage, insurance, and property taxes) that is no more than 20% of your monthly income. As a general rule, you should be able to pay your mortgage while also saving 15%–20% of your salary for retirement.
Write down everything you really want, in as much detail as possible. The first step in attracting what you want is to be very clear about what you want to attract. Our thoughts create our reality. You want to concentrate on what you want most: the house! Not on the basis of finances.
Your thoughts have the power to manifest in your life, according to the law of attraction. For example, if you think positively and visualize yourself as having enough money to live comfortably, you will attract opportunities that will allow you to realize your dreams.
On the other hand, focusing on the aspects of your life that you are dissatisfied with will continue to attract negative outcomes and experiences.
Accept reality as it is. Avoid focusing solely on what you dislike about your life or wishing things were different. Accepting what is now does not preclude you from working to make positive changes. It's more of a warning to avoid the trap of constant negativity.
Consider your thinking style. If you're not sure how your thoughts affect your life, analysing your thought patterns and determining where you fall on the optimism-pessimism spectrum can be beneficial.
Keep a gratitude journal. Make a list of everything in your life for which you are grateful. Journaling has numerous advantages, including the development of a grateful attitude (which creates a space for more abundance).
Refocus your attention. When framing your thoughts, focus on what you want rather than what frustrates you when framing your thoughts.
