About Me

My name is Perry Rogan and I am 5'6" and 140 pounds. I typically play holding mid but also like playing center back or the 8. I can see the field really well and make connecting passes to my teammates. I have good depth perception and play the ball well out of the air. I've also been told my style of play has a calming effect on my teammates and was voted team captain of my high school team as a sophomore.

I have played club soccer since 2nd grade and currently play for JB Marine Thunder coached by Paige Smith. This past season, we competed in USYS Midwest Conference Premier 1 which earned us a bid to Regionals this summer and the P.R.O. League which earned us a bid to Nationals this summer.

In my personal life, I am involved with many school clubs and programs to be more connected with the school’s community. Friendships are also important to me and I value the importance of communication and teamwork with my teammates on and off the field.

Ideally, I would like to become an athletic trainer in the future because I want to help athletes recover from injuries and get back on the field/court quickly and stronger than they were before. I have always worked hard for good grades and plan to do so the rest of my high school career and in college as well. So far, I have been able to balance high school extracurriculars and club soccer with my schoolwork, while still maintaining straight As.
