By using PSG, you agree to the terms described below.

1. About the PSG App

The PSG app provides a structured, guided interface to help users create custom speeches—such as wedding toasts, retirement tributes, or eulogies—using their own inputs combined with AI generation. Users may also choose to generate an AI-narrated audio version of the speech.

PSG is a standalone app and does not require user registration, login credentials, or personal identifiers.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We are committed to user privacy and intentionally avoid collecting or storing:

• Personally identifiable information (PII)

• Email addresses or contact information

• GPS or location data

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID)

• Persistent identifiers or usage profiles

No sign-in or account creation is required. Your inputs exist only temporarily during the AI generation process.

3. User Inputs and How They Are Used

All information you enter into the app (e.g., event details, tone preferences, anecdotes) is:

• Processed locally and securely transmitted to OpenAI’s servers for real-time speech generation

• Discarded immediately after response delivery from the OpenAI AP

• Not stored by PerplexiTeam or retained in any user-identifiable form

• Not used for analytics, training, or personalization beyond the single request
  
  

Inputs should not contain sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

4. Use of AI and Audio Services

We partner with OpenAI and Cloudinary to power key features:

• OpenAI: Text generation (GPT-4o) and voice narration (currently using Onyx voice)

• Cloudinary: Temporary hosting of generated audio for playback or download
  
  

Important Notes:

• Audio files are hosted with a 30-minute expiration

• After expiration, audio links are automatically invalidated

• We do not collect or monitor user access to those links
  
  

5. In-App Purchases and Payment

PSG offers in-app purchases through Apple’s secure billing system. These include:

• Pay-per-speech credits

• Optional translation features

• A one-time free speech via freemium

We do not access, process, or retain any payment information. All transactions are governed by Apple’s App Store policies. You can manage subscriptions or request refunds directly via your Apple account.

6. Analytics and Tracking

Unlike many apps, PSG does not use:

• Third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics)

• Tracking cookies or fingerprinting technologies

• Advertising networks or behavioral profiling tools

We do not monitor your usage patterns, nor do we collect crash reports, performance metrics, or demographic data.

7. Children’s Privacy and App Age Rating

This app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

For families or educators guiding younger users, we recommend supervising all speech content and inputs.

8. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

While PSG does not collect or store personal data, we support your rights under major privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Because we do not retain your data, we cannot:

• Share copies of it

• Delete or modify it on your behalf
