Tour e servizi privati

I tour e i servizi privati sono rimborsabili se cancellati entro 15 giorni prima della data prevista.
- In caso di rimborso verra' trattenuta una fee di $100.
- Se è stato versato solo l’acconto, questo verrà restituito, ad eccezione della fee di $100, se la cancellazione avviene entro i 15 giorni precedenti al tour.
In caso di cancellazione oltre i 15 giorni prima, il tour non è rimborsabile, ma può essere riprogrammato previa approvazione entro 365 giorni dalla data originale.
- Verrà emesso un voucher valido un anno pari all’importo versato, utilizzabile per lo stesso tour.
- Eventuali differenze di prezzo dovute ad aumenti tariffari dovranno essere integrate.
In caso di no show o ritardo superiore a 10 minuti senza preavviso, l’importo non è né rimborsabile né trasferibile.

I tour semiprivati sono rimborsabili fino a 7 giorni prima della data prevista.
Oltre tale termine, il tour non è rimborsabile, ma può essere trasferito ad altra data, previa approvazione, entro 365 giorni dalla data originale.
In caso di no show (assenza senza comunicazione via email o WhatsApp) o ritardo superiore a 10 minuti senza preavviso, l’importo non è né rimborsabile né trasferibile.

Private tours and services are fully refundable if cancelled at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
In case of refund, a $100 administrative fee will be retained.
If only the deposit was paid, it will be refunded minus the $100 fee, provided the cancellation occurs at least 15 days before the tour date.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date, the tour/service is non-refundable. However, it may be rescheduled, subject to approval, within 365 days of the original date.
- A voucher valid for one year will be issued for the amount paid.
- The voucher may be used for the same tour/service.
- Any price differences due to rate increases must be paid at the time of rebooking.
In case of no show or arrival more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the amount paid is neither refundable nor transferable.

Semi-private tours are refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
After this deadline, the tour is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled, subject to approval, within 365 days of the original date.
In case of no show (failure to attend without prior notice via email or WhatsApp) or arrival more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the amount paid is neither refundable nor transferable.
