The mission of the Willing Workers is to reach out to the Perkins Square Baptist Church family, community and demonstrate God's unconditional love and compassion by presenting the good news through conventional methods.

Visiting the sick and shut-in in their homes and nursing facilities.

Corresponding with person's in correctional facilities by mail.

Participating in outreach ministry in the community and internationally.

Willingly rendering physical and/or emotional support and services in the up building and edifying of God's Kingdom.

The Willing Worker's Ministry meets every third Saturday at 1:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. We are always seeking new members who are willing to serve the Lord and God's people with a joyful and charitable heart.

Some of the projects we have undertaken are annual fundraisers to help meet the financial needs of the church. We have also prepared dinner and a program several times a year for the residents at Hope Lodge American Cancer Society. Our newest and latest outreach project has highlighted the Seniors in the neighborhood and in our church with "Movie Day" several times a year.
