Class overview
8th Grade History begins with European exploration of North America (1500’s) through the Industrialization period (early 1900’s).
Students will be asked to read, annotate, analyze and evaluate complex text; write informational and argumentative texts; verbally present information and share ideas, defend thoughtfully constructed arguments with compelling evidence, and work collaboratively with peers.
