Perger is designed to be local-first. Most of your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
1. Information We Collect
A) Data you enter (stored on your device)
Perger may store locally:
Transactions, projects, shopping items, to-dos, reminders, daily plans, habits, weight/food entries
OCR text you capture/import
Translation input/output history (if enabled)
Preferences (theme, layout, feature options)
B) Device/app information (limited)
For operational purposes Perger may process:
App version, device model/OS version, language/region
Basic diagnostics (only if you use platform features that provide it)
No account is required.
2. Permissions
Perger may request permissions only for features you use:
Camera (QR, OCR)
Microphone/Speech (voice input for translation)
Photos/Files (import/export)
Notifications (reminders)
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Perger may show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect/use data such as advertising identifiers (where permitted), IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Ad personalization depends on your device settings and applicable laws.
4. ML Features (OCR / Translation)
Perger uses Google ML Kit for OCR and translation. Language models may be downloaded on-device when you choose languages. Downloading models requires contacting Google services to fetch model files.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only when:
You explicitly share/export content
Third-party services are used for features (for example: AdMob, ML model download)
We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Stored locally on-device
You can delete data in-app
Uninstall typically removes local data (subject to OS backup behavior)
7. Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13 (or local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
8. International Users
Perger is used worldwide. Ads/model downloads may involve processing by Google services in other countries.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date will change when updates are published.

1. Acceptance
By using Perger, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on this page.
2. App Purpose
Perger provides tools for planning, money tracking, lists, reminders, health tracking, QR scanning, OCR, and translation.
3. User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you enter, import, scan, translate, or share. Outputs from OCR/translation and scanned QR results may be inaccurate. Always review before acting.
4. Prohibited Use
Do not use Perger to:
violate laws or third-party rights
upload/share illegal content
attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app
5. Third-Party Services
Perger may rely on third-party services (for example Google AdMob and Google ML Kit). Their terms and policies may also apply.
6. Ads
Perger may display ads. Availability and placement may change. Ads are provided by third parties.
7. Disclaimer
Perger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of OCR/translation results, reminders, or computed values.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using Perger at any time. We may suspend/stop providing the app if required for compliance, security, or legal reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change when updates are published.
