Perger is designed to be local-first. Most of your personal workspace data stays on your device unless you choose to share, transfer, export, or use a feature that depends on a third-party service.

• Shopping items

• Checklist items

• Reminders

• Daily planner entries

• Habits and related logs

• Weight, food, and calorie entries

• QR scan history

• OCR text you capture or import

• Translation input and output history (if enabled)

• Editor documents and text content

• Smart Capture drafts and routed content

• Vault profiles, encrypted vault data, backups, and activity records

• Smart Share transfer records and device-pairing data

• Preferences (theme, layout, defaults, report options, feature settings)

B) Device and App Information

For operational and compatibility purposes, Perger may process limited technical data:

• App version

• Device model

• Operating system version

• Language and region

• Basic diagnostics or error information

Perger does not require an account to use its main features.

2. Permissions

Perger requests permissions only for features you choose to use.

A) Camera

Used for:

• QR scanning

• OCR capture

• Smart Capture

• Receipt/image-based input

B) Photos, Files, or Storage

Used for:

• Import/export files

• OCR and editor input

• Sharing content

• Smart Share

• Vault operations (secure, backup, restore)

C) Notifications

Used for:

• Reminder alerts

• Scheduled notifications

D) Nearby Devices / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / Local Network

Used for:

• Smart Share

• Local device discovery and file transfer

These permissions are not used to track your location history.

E) Internet / Network Access

Used for:

• Downloading language/translation resources

• Loading ads

• Opening scanned links

• Third-party services communication

3. How Sensitive Permissions Work

A) Smart Share

• Enables file transfer between nearby devices

• Uses local connectivity only when initiated by you

B) Vault

• Secures/unsecures files and folders

• Accesses files only when you select them

C) QR, OCR, Smart Capture

• Processes only content you choose to scan or import

D) Reminders

• Notifications used only for alerts

4. Advertising

Perger may show ads via Google AdMob or related services.

These services may process:

• Advertising identifiers

• IP address

• App interactions

• Diagnostics and performance data

Ad behavior depends on your device settings, consent, region, and laws.

5. ML and Language Features

Perger includes:

• OCR

• Translation

• Text processing tools

These may use:

• On-device processing

Some resources may be downloaded when needed.

6. Data Sharing

Perger does not sell your personal data.

7. Data Storage and Retention

• Most data is stored locally on your device

• You can delete records within the app

• Uninstalling the app usually removes local data (depending on OS behavior)

• Exported/shared data is controlled by the destination

8. Children’s Privacy

Perger is not intended for children under 13 (or local minimum age).
No account-based data collection is performed.

9. International Users

If third-party services are used, data processing may occur outside your country.

4. Prohibited Use

Do not use Perger to:

• Violate laws

• Share illegal content

• Abuse app features

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the app

5. Third-Party Services

Perger may use:

• Google AdMob

• Google ML Kit

• Platform frameworks

These services have their own terms and policies.

6. Ads

• Ads may be displayed

• Format and placement may change

• Provided by third parties

7. Disclaimer

Perger is provided "as is" with no warranties.
