This User Agreement is a contract between Hatice Demir, owner of the InClassTracker mobile application ("Application"), and the User. By using the Application, you agree to these terms.
**1. Purpose:** InClassTracker helps educators manage student assessments, grades, and classroom monitoring digitally for educational purposes only.
**2. User Responsibilities:** You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data entered, including student information. You must not compromise Application security, modify or reverse engineer it, or disrupt its infrastructure.
**3. Data Protection:** As the User, you are the data controller for student data, ensuring its lawful processing and retention. The Application owner acts as the data processor and technical infrastructure provider.
**4. Service Availability:** While the Application owner strives for secure and reliable service, no liability is accepted for interruptions due to technical faults, internet issues, third-party services, maintenance, or uncontrollable events.
**5. Intellectual Property:** All intellectual property rights of the Application belong to the owner. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited. © 2026 Hatice Demir
**6. Account Deletion and Termination:** You can delete your account and cloud data via the "Delete Account" feature. Local data may persist. The Application owner may modify or discontinue the service.
**7. Changes to Agreement:** Updates to this Agreement take effect upon publication within the Application.
**8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:** Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and other applicable national data protection laws.
**Privacy Policy**
**1. Data Processed:**
* **Account Data:** Email and authentication credentials processed via Firebase Authentication.
* **Student Data:** Student names, performance, and grades entered by you may be stored in Firebase Firestore.
* **Payment Data:** Payments for Premium features are processed via Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Subscription management may use RevenueCat. Credit card information is not viewed or stored by the Application owner.
**2. Data Security:** Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and not sold to third parties for advertising.
**3. Third-Party Services:** The Application uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore), RevenueCat, Apple App Store In-App Purchase, and Google Play Billing. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
**4. Data Deletion:** You can delete your account and cloud records. Local data may remain until you remove the Application or clear local data.
**5. User-Provided Content:** You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of student names, grades, and performance records you enter. Misuse may result in account suspension or deletion.
