Our Team

Born into a mechanically inclined family, Mike grew up at Performance Marine while his father owned the business. Throughout his teen years, he perused his interest in automotive and marine mechanics, and started working at the shop right out of high school.  In his valued free time, Mike enjoys taking his family out on his jet boat, stock car racing, and building his personal projects.

Dave opened up Performance Marine in 1989, and was head of the shop until he passed the business down to his son, Mike. Dave is "retired" but still spends a good amount of time in our machine shop, building a variety of engines for our customers. In his free time, he enjoys camping and salmon fishing at the Klamath.
