Performance Score User Guide
**Support:** Responses to support requests are typically provided within 1-3 business days.
**Privacy:**
* Email is used for authentication.
* Users are responsible for student data they enter.
* Data may be stored using Firebase.
* RevenueCat manages Premium subscription validation.
* Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; the developer does not access payment details.
* User data is not sold for third-party advertising.
**Account and Data Deletion:** Delete accounts and cloud records via the in-app "Delete Account" option. Local device data must be deleted separately.
**Terms of Use:** InClassTracker is for educational use. Users are responsible for content accuracy and lawful data processing.
**Workflows and Controls:**
1. **Getting Started & Account Access:** Create or sign in with email. Initial setup requires an application password, security question/answer, and optional pattern lock. Subsequent access uses password, pattern lock, or biometrics.
2. **Bottom Navigation:**
* **Assessment:** Review history and perform bulk record actions.
* **Classes:** Manage classes and students, with rapid scoring.
* **Menu:** Access reports, rapid practical performance entry, settings, Premium features, and account controls.
3. **Classes Dashboard:**
* **Add Class:** Paste student lists from XLSX, CSV, or TXT.
* Tap a class tab to open; tap the section badge to choose a section.
* Press and hold a class tab for quick actions (add student, edit class/section).
* Tap a student card for Student Details; press and hold for multi-select.
* Use search to filter students.
4. **Student Details (Gestures & Data Entry):**
* Press and hold a photo to update (camera/gallery).
* Press and hold a name to edit name, ID, class, or section (records move with student).
* Swipe left/right to navigate between students in the same class.
* **Practical Performance & Grade Area:** Add/remove/save individual rows. Bulk-entered rows are locked. Grades contribute to Assessment 1 or 2 based on Menu settings.
5. **Two-Step Scoring Confirmation:**
* First tap provisionally shows the selected level.
* The confirmation window remains open for 3 seconds.
* A second tap on the same level within 3 seconds confirms the score.
* No second tap within 3 seconds reverts the selection.
6. **Deletion & Undo:**
* Students can be deleted in multi-select mode (Undo available for 3 seconds).
* Classes are soft-deleted/archived by default to prevent immediate data loss.
* Assessment history records can be deleted individually or in bulk; scores recalculate.
7. **Menu (Settings & Management):**
* **Reports:** Create/manage PDF reports.
* **Rapid Practical Performance Entry:** Enter grades for a class on one screen.
* **Assessment Criteria & Weighting:** Add, remove, rename, and weight criteria for Assessment 1 and 2.
* **Practical Performance Weighting:** Choose the affected assessment and percentage contribution.
* **Reset Class Scores:** Return scores to default.
* **Delete Classes:** Archive selected classes in bulk.
* **Premium:** Purchase or review Premium status.
* **Delete Account:** Remove account and cloud backup (local data retained).
8. **Rapid Practical Performance Entry:**
* Select a class, enter a title, and choose a date.
* Enter a 0-100 score for each student.
* Use the rapid-fill menu to apply one value to all students.
* Review/navigate/edit/delete previous entries.
9. **Reporting:**
* Enter school, teacher, optional table title. Include all or selected classes/sections.
* Generate, preview, share, save, or print a PDF.
10. **Premium & Trial Access:**
* The trial period is 21 days.
* Report access is limited without an active Premium subscription.
* All Premium-gated features are unlocked when Premium is active.
11. **Cloud Backup & Restore:**
* Automatic backup is scheduled after data changes.
* "Restore from Backup" retrieves cloud data when the dashboard is empty.
* Profile information (school, teacher, subject, photo) is stored separately.
12. **Profile Settings:** Manage photo, full name, school, subject, and application password. Changes update locally and in the cloud.
