My basic obedience package is a perfect foundation for any dog. This 3 week package will teach your dog the absolute basics, allowing them to live a more confident and obedient life. From mastering essential commands like sit, stay, and come, to learning proper leash manners and basic socialization skills, your dog will gain the foundation they need to thrive. We use positive reinforcement paired with use of any requested or required tools (such as slip leads, head haltis, or prong collars) ensuring that training is both effective and enjoyable for your beloved pet. Whether you're starting with a new puppy or seeking to improve your adult dog's behavior, our basic obedience package sets the stage for a happy, well-behaved companion.

My advanced training package takes obedience to the next level. This 6 week program covers everything from the basic package, then goes a step further to teach advanced commands such as leave it, drop it, place and off leash recall with use of an e collar (e collar included in package). Throughout the advanced training program, we prioritize not just obedience, but also confidence and reliability in real-world scenarios. With the e-collar as a tool for precise communication, your dog will learn to respond promptly and consistently to commands like "leave it" and "drop it," crucial for safety and control. "Place" commands teach your dog to settle calmly wherever instructed, enhancing their manners in various environments. Off-leash recall ensures they'll return reliably even in distracting situations, giving you peace of mind during outings and adventures.

Beyond basic obedience, I focus on refining your dog's behavior through positive reinforcement and structured socialization. Regular excursions in controlled environments help solidify their training, ensuring they're prepared for any situation. Whether enjoying a walk in the park or navigating busy urban settings, your dog will display the confidence and good manners that make them a joy to be around.

1 hour of one-on-one instruction will leave you and your dog feeling more confident. These sessions are tailored to help you communicate with your dog, allowing you to maintain obedience and work on problem behaviors at home, such as excessive barking, jumping, rushing doors, fence fighting, etc. Though your session, you'll be taught how to address your concerns and work with your dog to build a strong relationship and a deeper understanding of each other's needs. Whether you're focusing on basic commands or tackling specific challenges, my personalized approach ensures that you receive targeted guidance and support. I will teach you effective techniques to redirect unwanted behaviors and reinforce positive actions, promoting harmony and mutual respect between you and your canine companion.

By the end of your session, you'll have practical strategies and newfound confidence to handle everyday situations with ease. These private lessons not only address immediate concerns, but also equip you with lifelong skills to foster a fulfilling partnership with your dog. Together, you'll navigate obstacles and celebrate successes, creating a bond built on trust, patience, and clear communication.

Want to take your relationship with your dog to a whole new level? Teaching your dog fun tricks is a great way to bond, and a neat way to show off! Trick dog sessions will set you up to learn basic-to-advanced tricks. Learn at your own pace and schedule sessions as needed. Trick dog sessions will also come with guidance for submitting your dog's tricks for titles, earning ribbons to show off your hard work.

Pre-requisite: Basic obedience and food motivation.

Refresh and reinforce your dog's skills with our personalized Skill Refresher session. Whether your dog needs a gentle reminder on basic commands like sit, stay, and come, or you're looking to polish their leash manners and socialization skills, these 1 hour sessions will refine your dog's skillset. Each one-on-one session is tailored to meet your dog's specific needs, providing focused attention on strengthening their existing abilities. Gain confidence in maintaining obedience and addressing minor behavior concerns while deepening the bond with your furry friend. Whether you're a seasoned handler or new to training, our Skill Refresher session ensures that your dog stays sharp and ready for any situation.

Our 6 week group class is a start-to-finish program. Registration will be open up to 1 week before the classes begin. Class schedule will be posted at least a month in advance. Classes will occur once per week on Wednesday evenings at 6pm, focusing on a single skill per class. You will be expected to practice your skills between classes. The final class will test everything you and your canine companion have learned.
