What is Day of Coordination?
One of the most important vendors you can book is the person to manage this day you've spents years planning and thousands of dollars on! Most planners will assist up until the wedding or may also offer coordination as well. If you're working alone, your venue requires coordination or you just know you'll need some extra hands day of coordination is worth it!
As a day of coordinator, my goal is to help execute this day you've planned. This typically looks like 2-3 months of pre wedding assistance and 8-12 hours of onsite assistance day of. We assist with
Pre wedding
General vendor overview
Finalizing wedding timeline and floorplans/layout
Day Of
Make sure your timeline stays on track
Wedding Party Management (assist bride and groom with their needs as well as direct wedding party throughout the day)
Vendor Management (direct vendors to set up, assist with logistics,)
Guest Managements (welcome guests, seat guests as needed, help transition from ceremony, to cocktail to reception)
In place for emergencies
Stay until event breakdown

Wedding Rehearsal - If the couple does not have a wedding planner, we will try to accommodate a wedding rehearsal around our event schedule. We can assist in helping you or a family member lead rehearsal by providing a rehearsal guide and providing tips! Rehearsal add on is a seperate fee based on wedding details.
Decor set up- This is a seperate fee if you would like us to set up decor you have purchased.
Waitstaff- Bussing of tables and drinks end of night is not our resposibility or serving of food and cake.
General Pricing - final pricing is determined by venue requirements, weddings needs and structure, and client's overall budget.

Standard Coordination $750
Add on in person 30-60 day meeting $100 (if schedule allows) Virtual free
In person rehearsal management (if schedule allows) $100-$150
Decor set up starting at $250-750
Wedding assistant fee (required for larger or more complex weddings) *starts at $250 per event assistant or event staff member
Larger, more complex weddings may result in higher coordination fee to match the needs of the wedding.
