The MOQ is 500 quantity except for Banners.

We do not accept orders below 500 quantity.

Our standard turnaround time is one week, it also depends on the order size and customization. 

Yes ! We offer region-wise delivery with transportation costs based on location and order size.

Cash (for local pickups), COD (for specific orders), GPay 

Yes, we provide 1 or 2 sample prints free of cost before proceeding with bulk printing. Once approved, we proceed with final production. 

Yes! We provide a detailed quotation based on your printing requirements, including quantity, material, finishing, and delivery costs. Once you confirm the order, we generate a tax invoice for transparency and record-keeping. 

Once printing has started, changes cannot be made. However, if you inform us before printing work begins, modifications can be possible. 

Issues won’t happen since we provide samples before printing. But if it happens, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Since we provide samples before printing, refunds are generally not applicable. However, if there is a genuine issue with the order, we will review it and find a suitable resolution. 

Yes, you can provide your own paper or material, but this is only applicable for wedding invitation cards. For all other printing services, we use our own high-quality paper to ensure the best results. 

No, our pricing is clear and upfront. The final cost includes printing, material, and finishing as per your selection. GST charges (SGST & CGST) are included in the invoice. Transportation charges, if applicable, will be informed in advance.
