If you are just interested in PCs go ahead and learn them, but for any other reason the answer is likely no. Many players will suggest learning PCs for reasons such as to counter 4-wide, to send a bunch of garbage, to get quick wins, etc... PCs can do all of these given that you are significantly faster than your opponent, which makes PCs a "win harder" strategy. Meaning that you would have won anyways, but you chose a strategy that made you "win harder".
