ObjectScout ("we," "us," or "our") is provided by Perdignus LLC. This policy explains how we handle your data.
We collect visual data (photos/videos) and metadata (timestamps, rough location) solely for the purpose of generating your local inventory.
Local Storage: By default, all inventory data is stored locally on your device (SQLite).
Cloud Storage: If you enable Cloud Backup, data is encrypted and stored via Google Firebase.
By using ObjectScout, you agree to the following:
3.1 Prohibition on Scraping and AI Training
You agree not to access the Service by any automated means. You explicitly agree NOT to use any data, content, or "Inventory Records" stored within ObjectScout for the purpose of training, tuning, or validating artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the ObjectScout valuation engine.
Perdignus LLC retains the right to employ technical measures to block any automated extraction of data. Any attempt to bypass these measures constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
SECTION 5: DATA SOVEREIGNTY AND AI PROTECTIONÂ
5.1 Prohibition on Scraping and Machine Learning. You agree not to access the Service by any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers. You explicitly agree not to use any data, content, or "Inventory Records" stored within ObjectScout for the purpose of training, tuning, or validating artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
5.2 Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the ObjectScout valuation engine.
5.3 Data Sovereignty. Perdignus LLC retains the right to employ technical measures to block any automated extraction of data. Any attempt to bypass these measures constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
