Group Yoga Classes

Each week we offer group yoga classes with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a beginner with no experience, our classes will work for you.  Zoom with us or sign-up HERE to attend in person. 

Small Group Art Classes

We offer monthly art experiences in a small group format - online and in-person. Message Karen at karenchilman@perceptionsyoga.org to set up a class. 

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Contact (perceptionsyoga@gmail.com) us if you have a client or group that would benefit from a trauma sensitive yoga group or private class. We are certified in YogaFit for Warriors and have 140 hours of training in trauma sensitive yoga to meet the needs of those who might benefit from a therapeutic and/or restorative approach to yoga that empowers and restores. 

Public Art Projects

Our Executive Director, Karen Chilman, is an experienced designer and creator of public art projects/murals and is our lead artist.  We love to partner and work with both private and public entities to create community engagement public art experiences. Message us for details!

Group or Individual Mindfulness Classes and Workshops

We offer instruction in mindfulness practices for groups or the individual. Mindfulness practices are helpful for stress relief and may be of benefit for those with anxiety or depression. We teach proper breathing techniques and a variety of mindfulness practices to meet the needs of all ages and experience levels. 

Consulting and Special Events

Are you interested in providing a yoga or mindfulness workshop at an event or for your employees or organization? Contact us for information. We are certified in mindfulness, yoga, and trauma sensitive yoga instruction and are experienced at providing training for both large and small groups.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Art for Educators and Students

As educators with over 25 years of classroom experience, we offer classes and workshops for teachers to develop foundational skills in yoga and mindfulness.  Our workshops will introduce educators to yoga, mindfulness, and breath work practices for self-care, self-regulation, and stress management. We also offer workshops to address specific ways to utilize yoga, mindfulness, breath work and art practices with students to meet Indiana’s Social Emotional Learning Standards.

Specialty Classes
