Per Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., a healthcare company setting a new standard in ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness. Born and raised in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now based in Florida, he has devoted over 30 years to building businesses, coaching elite athletes, and leading with a practical, results-focused approach.
The idea for Kokoon first took shape in 2007. Drawing on decades of experience across different industries, Per Jacob transformed that vision into a thriving multi-million-dollar business. Today, Kokoon offers elite-level wellness and medical services emphasizing measurable, lasting results.
Jacob’s path toward healthcare innovation began with personal hardship. In 2000, he was attacked with an iron bar, an event that led to more than a dozen surgeries, with the most recent in 2022. When traditional medical treatments failed to resolve a severe infection, he turned to what he knew—discipline, sports science, and a network of trusted professionals.
He rebuilt his strength from the ground up through consistent training six days a week. This process became even more meaningful in 2006–2007 when he applied alternative approaches to help extend his mother’s life by more than 15 years. These deeply personal experiences became the driving force behind Kokoon’s philosophy and mission.
Before establishing Kokoon, he spent years coaching high-performance soccer across Europe. Working with top athletes demanded discipline, adaptability, and the ability to inspire individuals toward a shared goal.
These experiences shaped his leadership style in business. Leading under pressure, managing varied personalities, and focusing on individual and collective success became second nature. These same skills now guide him in building and managing effective teams at Kokoon.
Under Jacob’s leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. is more than a healthcare business—it is a movement. The company is debt-free, cash-rich, and owns 100% of its assets. With no lenders, Kokoon has been able to structure its operations on its terms, ensuring each step is built correctly.
Its mission is clear: bring dignity and results to healthcare. The company blends traditional and advanced medicine with wellness services, supported by a team of carefully chosen experts. Many of these collaborators are industry veterans in their 70s and 80s, whose decades of knowledge contribute to Kokoon’s depth and credibility.
Adaptability is one of Per Jacob Solli's strongest leadership qualities. He has worked with some of the world’s leading physicians and industry advisors for nearly two decades to advance Kokoon’s mission. He listens to trusted voices, but when a quick decision is necessary, he acts decisively.
A defining example came during the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain. While many businesses put their plans on hold, he expanded operations, opening new facilities and turning a time of uncertainty into a period of growth. This ability to pivot has kept Kokoon ahead in a competitive industry.
Trust plays a central role in hi's leadership. Investors and partners know him as a hands-on leader who addresses challenges directly and values integrity. He expects the same from his management team, which remains close-knit and united around the company’s mission.
Every decision at Kokoon is measured against the standard of whether it advances the mission and delivers value to the people the company serves.
Challenges are inevitable in an industry that cannot resist change. Over the years, he has faced smear campaigns, online harassment, and two serious takeover attempts on Kokoon. None has succeeded.
With support from his family, legal advisors, and trusted business allies, he used these trials to strengthen Kokoon’s foundation. The company continues to operate without compromise, guided by its mission alone.
Family remains central to Jacob’s life despite a demanding business schedule. He has a daughter and a son in their early 30s and considers them his most outstanding achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he hopes to leave for them.
His work regularly takes him between Norway and the United States, yet his motivation remains clear—building a better future for his children and every family Kokoon can help.
Kokoon’s growth continues to accelerate. In May 2025, construction began on the company’s leading Canary Islands clinic, featuring 23 surgical rooms. This facility will help fund and speed the launch of the Miami Medical Resort, an innovative project combining luxury living with advanced medical care.
Plans are also in place for Kokoon to open satellite centers in every U.S. state. Following this, the company aims to have dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States. The business remains committed to operating within cash flow, maintaining independence, and avoiding the compromises that can come with outside control.
At the heart of Kokoon’s progress is Per Jacob Solli’s belief that healthcare can be delivered with innovation and dignity. His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science gives him a practical understanding of people's challenges and how to address them effectively.
From his beginnings in Brønnøysund to leading a global healthcare company, he has focused on building a model that serves people first, delivers results, and holds to the highest ethical standards.
