Introduction

Peptide Hub ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Peptide Hub mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (including Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Peptide Hub is an informational and educational resource only. All peptide compounds referenced within the App are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. We do not condone, encourage, or facilitate the use of peptides for human consumption. By using this App, you acknowledge this disclaimer.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

(a) Information You Provide Directly:

• Profile Information: Name, health and wellness goals, experience level, age range, areas of concern, and personal preferences you provide during onboarding or in settings.

• Stack Data: Peptide protocol details including selected peptides, dosages, frequencies, timing, cycle durations, ramp-up and taper configurations, intensity levels, and personal notes.

• Health Metrics: Blood work report data and biomarker values you manually enter, including report titles, dates, and associated marker readings across categories such as hormones, thyroid, blood count, metabolic, lipids, liver, kidney, inflammation, vitamins, and iron panels.

• Saved Peptides: Your list of bookmarked peptide identifiers.

• Comparison Data: Peptides you select for side-by-side comparison, including objectives, ranking preferences, and "For You" scoring inputs.

• Shopping Preferences: Administration form preferences (injectable, oral, nasal, topical) and vendor filter selections.

• Referral Data: Your unique referral code, referral codes you have redeemed, receipt codes shared with or received from other users, the referral code of the user who referred you (if any), and your Premium reward expiration date. This data is used solely to track referral progress and grant Premium access rewards.

(b) Information Collected Through Apple Sign-In:

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier, and optionally your name and email address (subject to your Apple ID settings, including the "Hide My Email" relay option). We do not receive your Apple ID password.

(c) Subscription and Purchase Data:

When you purchase a Peptide Hub Premium subscription, Apple processes the payment and provides us with purchase verification data (subscription status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information) through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or full financial information. Purchase data is used solely to verify and manage your subscription entitlement.

(d) Guest Access:

You may use the App without creating an account by continuing as a guest. Guest users can access all informational features of the App. Guest data is stored locally on your device and is not synced or backed up.

(e) App Preferences:

• Theme Settings: Your selected visual theme mode (dark, light, or system).

• Text Size Settings: Your preferred text size multiplier (1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, or 2x).

• Notification Preferences: Your notification toggle states for stack reminders, new peptide alerts, and vendor deals, as well as your push notification enablement status.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features, including the peptide database, stack builder, comparison tool, and multi-vendor shopping comparison

• To personalize your experience, including generating tailored peptide stack recommendations based on your goals, experience level, and profile

• To store your preferences, saved peptides, health metrics, comparison selections, and stack configurations locally on your device

• To power the Compare feature, which ranks peptides based on your selected objectives and generates "For You" compatibility scores

• To calculate and display cycle phase information (ramp-up, maintenance, taper) for your active peptide stacks

• To filter and display vendor availability based on your preferred administration form

• To apply your chosen theme (dark/light/system) and text size preferences across the App

• To send push notifications you have opted into (stack reminders, new peptide alerts, vendor deals)

• To authenticate your identity via Apple Sign-In (if you choose to sign in)

• To operate the referral program, including generating and validating referral codes, tracking referral progress, and granting Premium access rewards

• To verify and manage your Peptide Hub Premium subscription entitlement through RevenueCat

• To restore previous purchases upon your request

• To improve and optimize the App

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

We do NOT use your data for:

• Advertising or ad targeting

• Data brokering or selling

• Building marketing profiles

• Cross-app tracking

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. Specifically:

• Authentication credentials (Apple Sign-In user ID, Google Auth, email, and name) are stored using encrypted secure storage (Keychain on iOS, SecureStore on native platforms, or encrypted local storage on web).

• Profile data, stack configurations, health metrics (blood reports and biomarker values), saved peptide lists, referral data (referral codes, redeemed codes, receipt codes, and Premium reward expiration), notification preferences, theme mode, text size settings, onboarding status, and other app preferences are stored in on-device local storage (AsyncStorage).

• Subscription status and entitlement data is managed by RevenueCat using your Apple-provided purchase receipt. RevenueCat stores subscription status on their servers to enable cross-device entitlement validation.

• Guest users' data is stored identically in on-device local storage without any cloud backup.

• We do not transmit your personal health data, stack information, comparison data, blood work data, or app preferences to external servers.

• We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• The App does not use any tracking frameworks, advertising identifiers, or analytics SDKs that collect personal data.

• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

App Tracking Transparency

Peptide Hub does NOT track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not:

• Use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

• Implement any third-party tracking SDKs (Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)

• Participate in any advertising networks

• Collect data for the purpose of targeted advertising

• Share data with data brokers

As such, the App does not trigger Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt because no tracking occurs. Our App Tracking Transparency nutrition label in the App Store accurately reflects that we do not track users.

Apple App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels

In accordance with Apple's App Store privacy requirements, the following accurately describes our data practices:

Data Used to Track You: None. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data Linked to You:

• Contact Info (name, email) — collected via Apple Sign-In if you choose to sign in, used for app functionality and account identification. Not collected from guest users.

• Health & Fitness (health metrics, blood work biomarkers) — collected only if you manually enter blood work data, stored locally on device, used for app functionality and health metric visualization.

• User Content (peptide stacks, notes, comparison selections) — user-generated protocol configurations and research notes, stored locally on device.

• Purchases — subscription transaction data (purchase status, entitlement level, subscription type) is shared with RevenueCat to validate and manage your Peptide Hub Premium subscription. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; we and RevenueCat never receive your payment card details.

Data Not Linked to You:

• Diagnostics — basic crash data may be collected by Apple's standard crash reporting, not linked to your identity.

• Usage Data — general app interaction patterns may be collected by Apple's standard App Analytics (if you have opted in through your device settings), not linked to your identity.

Data Not Collected: We do not collect location data, browsing history, search history, contacts, photos, audio data, or any other categories not listed above.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party vendor websites (such as Xcel Peptides, Swiss Chems, Limitless Life Nootropics, Biotech Peptides, Cosmic Nootropic, Paradigm Peptides, Core Peptides, PureRawz, Amino Asylum, Peptide Source, AminoVault, Direct Peptides, Ascension Peptides, Umbrella Labs, MedChemExpress, BlueSky Peptides, Canlab Research, and others) for informational and shopping comparison purposes. These links are provided solely for research reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before providing any personal information.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign-In: For optional authentication (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy)

• Apple App Store Payments: All subscription purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's payment infrastructure. Apple receives your payment information in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy. We never receive or store your payment card details.

• RevenueCat: For managing and verifying in-app subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives purchase transaction data, subscription status, and a device-level identifier to validate your premium access. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, health data, stack information, or any other personal data beyond what is necessary for subscription management. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

• Expo Push Notification Service: For delivering push notifications (subject to Expo's Privacy Policy at expo.dev/privacy)

• Expo Web Browser: For opening third-party vendor websites within the App

The App includes links to our official social media presence on X (formerly Twitter) at https://x.com/PeptideHubapp (@PeptideHubapp). Tapping these links opens the X platform in your browser or X app. We do not receive any personal data from X when you follow or visit our profile. Your interaction with X is governed by X's Privacy Policy at x.com/en/privacy.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent

• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests

• To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case you will be notified via a prominent notice in the App

• With RevenueCat, solely for the purpose of managing and validating your subscription entitlement (purchase verification data only)

We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and Update: You can view and update your profile information at any time through the Settings screen.

• Guest Access: You can use the App as a guest without providing any personal information beyond what you choose to enter locally.

• Delete Account: You can permanently delete all your data by using the "Delete Account" option in your Profile settings. This action is irreversible and removes all locally stored data including your profile, stacks, saved peptides, comparison history, health metrics, and preferences.

• Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through the App settings or your device's system settings.

• Apple Sign-In: You can manage or revoke App access through your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple).

• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; (2) delete personal information held by us; (3) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); (4) correct inaccurate personal information; (5) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; (6) non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. European Residents (GDPR): If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights including: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and legitimate interests. Nevada Residents:

Nevada law gives residents the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Account Deletion

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), we provide a straightforward mechanism to delete your account and associated data directly within the App.

To delete your account:

1. Open the App and navigate to Settings (Profile tab).

2. Scroll to the Account section.

3. Tap "Delete Account."

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently and immediately removed from your device:

• Your profile information (name, goals, experience, age range, concerns)

• All peptide stack entries (protocols, dosages, schedules, notes)

• All saved/bookmarked peptides

• All blood work reports and biomarker data

• All comparison history and objective selections

• All referral data (referral codes, redeemed codes, receipt codes, and Premium reward status)

• Notification preferences and push token

• Theme and text size preferences

• Onboarding status

• Apple Sign-In credentials stored in secure storage

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Peptide Hub Premium subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID Account Settings to avoid future charges. Your subscription entitlement data held by RevenueCat will no longer be associated with active account data once your account is deleted.

This action is irreversible. If you signed in with Apple, you may also wish to revoke the App's access through your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple).

Health Data Handling

The App allows you to manually enter health-related data such as blood work results and biomarker values across multiple categories including hormones, thyroid, blood count, metabolic markers, lipids, liver function, kidney function, inflammation markers, vitamins, and iron panels. This health data:

• Is stored exclusively on your device in local storage (AsyncStorage)

• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party

• Is never used for advertising or marketing purposes

• Is completely deleted when you delete your account

• Is provided by you voluntarily and is not required to use the App

We do not access Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or any other health platform. All health data entry is manual and optional. The App's analysis and visualization of health metrics (including normal range indicators and category grouping) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

IMPORTANT: All peptide information, dosage references, and protocol data presented in the App are for educational and in-vitro research purposes only. This information should not be interpreted as guidance for human use.

Peptide Research Disclaimer

All peptide compounds referenced, described, or compared within the App are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory experimentation, and educational study. Peptide Hub does not condone, promote, encourage, or facilitate the use of any peptide compound for human consumption, self-administration, or any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.

The information provided in the App — including but not limited to compound descriptions, dosage references, administration form data, stack recommendations, vendor listings, pricing comparisons, and comparative analyses — is presented solely for research reference and educational purposes. None of this information should be construed as medical advice, treatment recommendations, or instructions for human use.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of any information obtained through the App complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding peptide compounds.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction, including 16 for GDPR jurisdictions). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at snapit.foranything@gmail.com.

Our App is rated 17+ on the App Store due to the nature of peptide-related content and is not directed at children.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Profile and preference data is retained on your device until you delete it or delete your account.

• Stack configurations, health metrics, saved peptides, and referral data persist on device until you remove them individually or delete your account.

• Guest user data persists on the device until the App is uninstalled or data is manually cleared.

• Authentication data (Apple Sign-In credentials) persists in secure storage until you sign out, delete your account, or revoke access.

• Push notification tokens are retained while notifications are enabled and are removed when notifications are disabled or when you delete your account.

• App preferences (theme, text size) persist until you delete your account or uninstall the App.

• Subscription entitlement data held by RevenueCat is retained for as long as your subscription is active or as required by RevenueCat's data retention policies. RevenueCat's retention practices are governed by their Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

When you delete your account through the App, all locally stored data is permanently and immediately removed from your device. We do not maintain backups of your data on external servers.

International Data Transfers

The App primarily stores data on your local device. If any data is transferred internationally (for example, through Apple Sign-In, the Expo push notification service, or RevenueCat subscription management), such transfers are protected by the privacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses maintained by Apple Inc., Expo, and RevenueCat respectively. We rely on these providers' compliance with applicable data transfer mechanisms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Do Not Track Signals

The App does not track users across third-party websites or services. We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because we do not engage in tracking. The App does not use any advertising identifiers (IDFA) or third-party tracking technologies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
